Need a dishwasher installed in Phoenix? Repair-It Eric handles like-for-like dishwasher replacement using compatible existing water, drain and electrical connections.
A standard installation can include:
- Disconnecting and removing the old dishwasher
- Positioning and leveling the replacement unit
- Connecting the compatible water-supply line
- Connecting the drain hose with proper routing
- Reconnecting the existing compatible power connection
- Securing the dishwasher to the cabinet or approved mounting point
- Running a test cycle and checking for leaks and proper draining
Please have the new dishwasher and required installation parts on site. A new supply line or manufacturer-recommended install kit is often the safest choice for a replacement.
New electrical circuits, major plumbing changes, cabinet reconstruction, trapped appliances or significant drain problems are outside a standard replacement and may need additional work.
