Good choices: repairs, installations, furniture assembly, doors and cabinets, fixtures, drywall and paint touch-ups, maintenance tasks and larger punch lists.
Recurring options: every 3 months or every 6 months. Recurring visits save 10%.
Parts and supplies are separate unless included in the quote.
