Best for a medium list of repairs, maintenance and small installs.

Good choices: doors and cabinets, fixture repairs, shelves and hanging, furniture assembly, filters, caulk, small drywall or paint touch-ups, appliance help and other punch-list work.
Recurring options: every 3 months or every 6 months. Recurring visits save 10%.
Parts and supplies are separate unless included in the quote.
