2-Hour Home Care Visit — $99 one time
Best for a short list of small maintenance jobs and repairs.

- We work down the list during your 2-hour visit.
Good choices: filters, smoke alarms, bulbs, doors, hinges, cabinets, faucets, toilets, caulk, appliance filters, reachable solar panels, small installs and other punch-list repairs.
Recurring options: every 3 months or every 6 months. Recurring visits save 10%.
Parts and supplies are separate unless included in the quote.
What to expect
Tell us what you have, where it’s going, and anything unusual about the project. We’ll use the current service details and ask only what is needed to confirm the right option.
