Referral Program Terms
Applications are not currently open. These terms describe the planned Arizona pilot and remain subject to professional review.

1. The program
The Repair-It Eric Referral Program lets approved participants earn referral commissions for introducing eligible new customers to Repair-It Eric. Applying does not guarantee acceptance. Repair-It Eric may approve, decline, pause, or end participation to protect customers and the program.
2. Who may participate
Participants must be at least 18, provide accurate account and payment information, and comply with applicable advertising, tax, licensing, and other laws. Each participant may maintain only one account unless Repair-It Eric approves otherwise in writing.
Program membership is separate from performing home-service work. An affiliate is not an employee, agent, franchisee, or service contractor of Repair-It Eric merely because the affiliate participates in this program. Contractor work requires a separate written agreement, approval, and job assignment.
3. Qualifying referrals
A qualifying referral begins when a new customer uses the participant’s approved referral link or code before the customer’s first eligible booking and Repair-It Eric can verify that attribution in its records.
Once a verified referral becomes a customer, that customer remains attributed to the referring participant for future eligible fixed-price jobs while the participant’s account remains active and in good standing. This does not guarantee that every booking qualifies or give the participant ownership of the customer, control of the customer relationship, or a right to perform the work.
Self-referrals, existing customers, duplicate or retroactive claims, unverifiable bookings, fraud, spam, prohibited incentives, and manipulated tracking do not qualify unless Repair-It Eric approves a documented correction. Repair-It Eric’s server-side record controls when a third-party tracking report conflicts with customer, booking, payment, or audit records.
4. Commission calculation
For each eligible completed fixed-price job, the referral commission is 10% of distributable labor. Distributable labor means collected labor minus payment-processing fees, refunds, and chargebacks.
Taxes, materials, tips, quote-only work, hourly or otherwise non-eligible work, cancelled bookings, unpaid balances, and amounts not actually collected as labor are excluded. A displayed project total, tracking estimate, or preliminary dashboard amount is not a promise of payment.
If a participant is separately assigned to perform a job, the referral commission and contractor compensation are calculated as separate ledger entries.
5. Review, adjustments, and payment
Commissions become eligible for review only after the job is complete, the customer’s payment has settled, and refund or dispute risk can be evaluated. Payouts are manually reviewed during the pilot.
Refunds, credits, chargebacks, duplicate payments, fraud, calculation errors, or later payment reversals may reduce an unpaid commission or create an adjustment against future commissions. Participants are responsible for providing requested tax and payment information and for their own taxes.
6. Required disclosure
Whenever a participant recommends Repair-It Eric or shares a referral link or code, the participant must clearly disclose the paid relationship where people will notice it before or with the recommendation. A suitable disclosure is:

The disclosure may not be hidden in a profile, terms page, group of hashtags, or after a link where a reasonable customer is unlikely to see it. Statements must be honest and may not make guarantees that Repair-It Eric does not make.
7. Prohibited promotion
Participants may not impersonate Repair-It Eric; misrepresent prices, availability, licensing, insurance, guarantees, or service scope; send unlawful or unsolicited messages; manipulate tracking; publish private information; use confusing variations of Repair-It Eric marks; or offer undisclosed incentives.
8. Customer service and work assignments
Repair-It Eric controls service acceptance, pricing, scheduling, payment collection, customer communications, refunds, and job assignments. Referring a customer does not reserve the job for the participant.
Anyone who performs work is responsible for every license, registration, insurance, authorization, and qualification required for that work. No participant may advertise or perform work under Repair-It Eric’s name without separate written authorization.
9. Records and privacy
The program may use referral links, first-party cookies, customer identifiers, booking records, and payment events to verify attribution and calculate commissions. Participants may access only their own program information and may use customer information only for an authorized program purpose.
Program records may be processed through GoAffPro, Wix, payment providers, and other service providers used to operate the program.
10. Suspension and termination
Either party may end participation at any time. Repair-It Eric may immediately pause tracking, access, or payment review for suspected fraud, misleading promotion, disclosure failures, customer harm, legal noncompliance, or misuse of business or customer information.
Future commissions tied to an attributed customer are available only while the participant remains active and in good standing, unless Repair-It Eric agrees otherwise in writing.
11. Changes and governing law
Repair-It Eric may update these terms prospectively by posting revised terms or notifying participants. Continued participation after the effective date means acceptance of the revised terms.
These terms are governed by Arizona law. Binding venue and dispute-resolution language will be finalized with Arizona counsel before registration opens.
